One practical way some Pastors are sowing into our ministry is to charge a weekly fee of a few dollars for the copied lecture notes and sowing half these funds into our ministry.
People always have a greater regard for something they've paid for, than what they're given for free.  We've discovered it's far better NOT to hand out the weekly notes for free (except to those who're struggling to put bread on their table).  Also do not hand out ALL the notes on the first night - students need the added incentive to attend each lecture in order to receive their weekly notes, with an obvious desire to make up their complete set of lectures.
An alternative way other Pastors are sowing into our ministry, for the ongoing use of these training resources, is to support our ministry from their churches missions or tithing account - usually between $25 to $250 per month - depending on how many courses they're using and the size of their church or the number of students they're training.  Some churches that started with a lower amount, have increased it over time as they used more courses or trained more members.
We are pleased as missionaries from South Africa to the U.S.A. to make these very effective 'Church Growth' training resources available to Bible loving men and women of integrity, of whom we believe they will demonstrate their gratitude in a tangible way by their consistent sowing for the invaluable methods, concepts and materials learned here.
